Reserved a room that was specifically mentioned floor 1-4 as I read comment about rooms at basement. When I checked in they put me into basement floor room and the decoration of the room is not per what I reserved - obviously I was conned !
I went up to inform them and they changed me to the 3rd floor . It is not that they hotel is fully booked but they are taking advantage giving customers terrible rooms in basement- it is a dining area for breakfast and I had to carry my luggage going some steps to reach only 2 rooms on that floor

Near the lovely train station and also tram lines for convenient travel to the hotel and touring Milan. Room was clean and comfortable.

Excellent location close to Centrale Station. The staff are friendly. The room is spacious & the bed is comfortable

The attitude of the hotel staff managing the email inquiries were very unpleasant. I have pressed the wrong date accidentally and within 10 sec I canceled and rebook the correct date. Then the hotel has shown no understanding and rejected to refund the fee for me rudely.
Around the hotel, it’s not very safe. There were police catching the bad guys right outside the hotel at night, pressing them to the floor.
The air con is pretty weak too. My friend even found a booger on the wall. Disgusting.
All in all, if you don’t want to have a bad experience in Italy, don’t choose this hotel.

Great location near the station, small room, have air conditioning. Everything is ok for me. But only 1 thing WIFI is not good very slow.

Good location, walkable to the Central station. However the street might get a bit noisy in the evening. Friendly staff and comfortable stay overall.

Hotel located in the good location and nearby the train station where you can go to other country. Room are quite small, a bit noisy but the bed is OK
