I don't know why the score for this hotel isn't higher.
The location is good, (I went walking to the train station as well as to Duomo), staff are very friendly, the room is clean, the price is fair.
If I had to make something better would be the soundproofing as I am a light sleeper but I think it's an Italian thing, their houses are just like that. Anyway, contributing with my 5 stars here.

We had everything we needed and it was perfect. Cheap, friendly staff and the breakfast was not half bad, a little limited but it was only €10 buffet each so we won’t complain. Beds were comfy and we also had a mini fridge!

The service staff are friendly and polite, like to joke, and are lively and enthusiastic. The location is OK, there is a train station and subway station nearby, which is quite convenient. To be honest, the single room is too cramped... The heater is not just warm, but hot, and there is not much difference in adjusting it. In order to balance the indoor temperature, I opened the window in the middle of the night (it was winter and 3 degrees outside) to balance it.
