The staff are rude and cannot handle customer's inquery/issue/complaint properly especially the white lady with long curly hair. Please train your staff. I hope I can write the whole story but this app limit to 200 characters only.......

Horrible experiance! We could not find the reception for check in. We had to clean the apartment. If you don’t clean they charge you extra. Our rating this property is ZERO! Unkind! The washing machine does not work. Bed sheets was dirty. One word-horror

Grosseiros! Desumanos! Nos deixaram na rua com 10 senhoras de idade.. por não poderem esperar 5 minutos mais que o horário deles. Já tínhamos pago tudo, supliquei que nos esperassem.. não tínhamos ideia de onde estávamos... Somos do Brasil e estávamos em Milão... Deu problemas no carro por isso nos atrasamos, mas eles zero de caridade.

Fuyez !!! Suite à une panne de voiture, nous avions réservé en urgence 1 nuit dans cet établissement qui était à proximité du garage. Nous étions bien avant 21H à l'adresse indiquée mais comme l'atteste la photo aucune indication pour trouver la réception (qui se trouve en fait à 300m dans un centre commercial) et surtout personne ne répondait au numéro de téléphone communiqué. Nous nous sommes retrouvés à la rue avec 2 enfants et avons dû chercher un autre hôtel, et le plus grave c'est que malgré cela ils ont refusé le remboursement. Un loupé ça arrive, mais après il faut assumer et faire preuve de sens commercial.

Nel complesso una buona situazione. Abbiamo affittato per due giorni il monolocale sito al primo piano. Migliorabile la pulizia della cucina e la gestione del lavabo. Però essendo a Milano e in un contesto vicino alla metro, il rapporto qualità prezzo non è male

Pessimo....siamo partiti per un viaggio di lavoro di mio marito con 2 bambini uno 2 anni 2 uno 3 mesi l arrivo era alle 21 noi abbiano avuto un ritardo con il treno di 5 minuti e siamo arrivati alle 21.5 il residence bicocca ci ha lasciati Fuori non rispondendo nemmeno al telefono vergognoso abbiano dovuto all alloggiare in un albergo. Viaggiato sempre mai visto un servizio del genere.....il giorno successivo siamo andati alla reception una signora con i capelli rossi e occhiali ci ha accolto molto strafottente senza nemmeno chiederci scusa..
