I have never stayed in a hotel that is so bad. I didn’t sleep all night. The sound of traffic outside the window on the left. People outside the door on the right were going up and down the stairs to check in and check out and chat from time to time. The pillow was very high. Scandalous hotel, on the website there is a price, once you arrive they ask you to pay an additional sum (€50 for each night!), a technique to attract customers and then rip them off. The room they gave us was dirty, without toilet paper, without soap and with a broken toilet flush. We had to go downstairs again to ask to be moved to another room. The room was very cold and the heating did not work, we asked several times for the remote control of the air conditioner, but the answer we received was that they did not have it and that it was not up to them to turn on the heating systems. Cheguei ao hotel que não tinha nada a ver com as fotos que estão no edreams. Ao chegar fizeram me pagar mais 65€ para além do que já tinha pago pelo quarto (1 noite 80€) , sendo que quando reservei o quarto ninguém me informou que iria ter de pagar esse valor na chegada ao hotel! Sendo que ainda me pediram para pagar em dinheiro e não com cartão Quando na receção me deram a chave do quarto percebi que o quarto era ao lado da receção que dava mais ar de despensa do que de quarto! Quando pedi se dava para trocar de quarto o senhor disse para esperar 10 minutos e foi para o andar de cima! Acabamos por não gostar do ambiente do hotel pois era bastante assustador e mal frequentado. Fomos embora e tivemos de reservar outro hotel à última da hora gastando mais 170€ por uma noite! Fiquem longe deste hotel!

Pior experiência que tive com um hotel na minha vida. Além do preço já pago inicialmente fizeram-nos pagar cerca de 60€ quanto fizemos o check in ( praticamente o preço pago pelo quarto anteriormente ) e o pior disto tudo é que queriam que fosse com dinheiro. O hotel é mal frequentado e assustador. Não fiquem neste hotel ! Preferi reservar outro à última da hora ( gastar mais 170€) do que ficar naquilo.

Struttura dalla buona posizione, attaccata a Buenos Aires e fermata della metro a pochi passi. Accoglienza del personale impeccabile, gentili e disponibili. Camera nuova e pulita. Grande pecca il bagno, molto molto vecchio, acqua della doccia a tratti fredda o assente. Con i bagni in funzione correttamente sarebbe tutta un’altra musica. Durante la notte qualche schiamazzo dovuto a effusioni notturne “eccessive” da parte di qualche vicino.
