The reception staff were very kind. They listened to my poor English with kindness.
The rooms were relatively clean. However, they were inferior to those in Japan.
Amenities included soap, bath towels, hand towels, a hair dryer, a shower room, about six hangers, something like a chest of drawers, and a refrigerator. The refrigerator was broken.
They also store your luggage for free even before check-in. They also serve a simple buffet-style breakfast.
Overall, I thought it was a pretty good hotel for the price.
There was also a coin laundry a little distance away.

Very bad hotel experience🤯🤯 I visited this hotel in Milan and this is the worst hotel I have been to. The receptionist who is an old lady is very rude and not at all helpful. She even denied to heat our food in microwave and give us any cutlery. No hospitality at all.

Clean, good helpful service, good breakfast, convenient bathroom. No street view in the room we stayed in. Not the most exciting area of Milan, but a few nice pasticcerias as you walk to the Rovereto metro station and a Carrefour supermarket across the street.

If you are looking for a hotel only to sleep there ok Do not expect more Decent layout except the shower which is very small and is not practical On the other hand the lady is not at all friendly unlike a little gentleman Breakfast ok but nothing crazy either Open 24/7
