Booked a triple room for my wife and her two friends, according to their feedback the hotel was extremely dirty, their door did not lock properly, staff were uninterested in getting this fixed, no safe in the room , room not cleaned and towels and bedding not changed in the 4 days they were there. Dodgy area where all of them got hassled and catcalled by arab guys every time they went out. Staff unhelpful and blunt to the point of rudeness. Steer well clear of this one if I was you.

It is what it is, staff were really friendly- we didn’t turn up till 1.30am, no problem - room dated - bit odd - but clean. Breakfast was very basic but fine. I would go back, you pay for what you get. Bout 25mim walk to Bovista train station (for MXP airport), lots of taxis/Ubers outside

Pour les prix à Milan, cet hôtel est tout à fait correct. Bonne literie, petite chambre mais pas besoin de plus pour visiter. Le personnel est poli et les sanitaires propres. Essais, savon et shampoing à disposition. Je recommande si petit budget pour visiter Milan.

Sono stata qui xké trovare un alloggio a Milano che non ti spelli nn è facilissimo... Ma apparte la posizione ottima vicino alla metro non ha nulla.. accoglienza quasi zero, senza ascensore, camere fredde, bagno sporco, asciugamano che puzzavano anziché sapere di pulito...letti scomodi,gente che entra esce poco raccomandabile.. insomma... Mai più!

Io sono stata benissimo!!!! Letto comodo , ventilatore , tv e gentilezza !! X gente non sofisticata come me va benissimo, ho viaggiato con mia figlia in quanto eravamo al ospedale Niguarda , e ho prenotato al volo una notte , nelle vicinanze locali di cibo, bar , metro a 20 metri c’è la fermata affori

Hotel comodo alla stazione metro di Affori Centro. Camera pulita, biancheria di buona qualità, bagno ok. Buona colazione italiana. Prezzi medi. Lo staff è disponibile 24 ore su 24. Mi sono trovato bene e ci tornerò.

OVERBOOKING a mezzanotte nonostante prenotazione su Booking. La mia prenotazione c'era, ma non avevano riservato una stanza per me. Il ragazzo alla reception mi dice di chiamare Booking, senza offrirmi alternative o altri hotel dove dormire: "Il mio capo non risponde". A mezzanotte! Booking aveva il call center spento. E pensare che avevo chiamato l'hotel nel pomeriggio per confermare il mio check-in tardi (già segnalato), ma nessuno ha mai risposto. C'ero già stato, era scarso sulla pulizia, sulla camera e sulla colazione, ma per una notte, pazienza. Avviso tutti di fare attenzione.
