I stayed in this hotel from May 13 to 15 this year, and I can say that the room is extremely clean, the bathroom is clean, the bed linen and towels are clean, the location is excellent, just a few minutes from the Metro, the area where the hotel is located is exceptional, and it is close to very high-quality restaurants, pastry shops, cafes I am very satisfied with the store and everything that is necessary.

Unica nota positiva per questa struttura è la vicinanza con la metro Lambrate, del resto purtroppo non c'è termine peggiore di terribile. Pulizia pessima con tanto di ragnatele, bagno privo di ogni minimo confort, impraticabile il bidet, mancanza di phon, pareti prive di insonorizzazione praticamente si sentono anche gli altri occupanti quando sono in bagno. Il tutto avvalorato dalla poca accortezza di colui che ci ha accolto, sia all'arrivo che alla partenza, non chiedendo neanche come fosse andato il soggiorno, come se sapesse già la risposta... Sconsigliatissimo!!!

Ho prenotato una camera per il bike festival di Misano. Posizione ottima, vicino a tutto. Riccardo, il titolare, una persona squisita ed un sincero complimento anche al suo staff cordialissimo e gentilissimo nell'interagire con la clientela. Struttura e soprattutto musica d'intrattenimento che mi fa ritornare ai fantastici anni 80/90 di mio enorme gradimento. Ritornerò sicuramente

La camera era ben pulita. Le salviette del bagno erano morbide e lavate bene. La camera era al terzo piano e si affacciava su una strada non molto trafficata quindi rimaneva silenziosa. Il wi-fi funzionava molto bene. Un peccato non avere la possibilità di fare la colazione direttamente in hotel. Posizione comoda, a pochissimi passi dalla metropolitana di Lambrate

La stanza è fatiscente, cabina doccia mantenuta con il fil di ferro, asciugacapelli riparato con nastro isolante, mensola del bagno traballate ed inclinata in avanti, nella doccia non è presente nemmeno un appoggio per il sapone così come sul bidet. Condizionatore non funzionante ed assistenza assente. Nella camera erano presenti anche delle formiche. Non parliamo della colazione, 8 euro di supplemento per qualcosa di bassissima qualità e pochissima scelta. Note positive, il personale è cordiale e la posizione è strategica. Cmq sconsigliato

Per entrare all’Hotel Lugano, bisogna passare prima dall’Hotel Vittoria, per farsi dare codice della porta e chiavi, perché la receptionist dell’Hotel Lugano è abbandonata. La camera 102 era al primo piano con vista sulla strada, abbiamo trovato la camera molto pulita e caldissima, tanto da concederci di dormire a maniche corte, che in questa stagione non è male. Il bagno è molto piccolo, ma non manca niente, asciugamani morbidi, un phon a tubo, saponette, e fuori c’è anche uno specchio a grandezza uomo. Ci sono le tende chiare per far passare un po’ di luca ma anche quelle oscurante per più privacy, le tapparelle sono elettriche, davvero comode. Sull’armadio ci sono delle luce led che creano un ambiente soffuso, c’è la tv, e un cuscino in più. C’è il Wi-fi

L'hotel è dotato di camere molto belle, il personale è cortese e disponibile, la pulizia impeccabile... ma le camere non sono insonorizzate. Per cui è rumorosissimo, si sente TUTTO quello che succede nelle altre camere.

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti e abbiamo scelto questo hotel esclusivamente per il prezzo dato che gli hotel a Milano sono molto costosi e, avendo bisogno solo di un posto per dormire non avevamo molte pretese. Il punto di forza in assoluto è la metro vicinissima. Inoltre il servizio di pulizia è preciso e anche molto disponibile ed elastico nell’orario essendo noi dei dormiglioni! Anche per il check in nessuna fretta. Vero, l’hotel non è di ultima generazione ma, chiederei a tutti coloro che hanno fatto recensioni pessime, volete pagare poco e avere il top?
