The hotel was given **** stars .However, in reality, it did not meet the criteria of a 4 star hotel when it comes to the facilities. No AC in the room, mosquitoes flying inside the room, towels were not replaced after getting it from the room. The lounge near the refreshments was not a pleasant place to stay since it stinks of smell of urine. The receptionists were not that welcoming and not accommodating. Only the restaurant staff were courteous and always offer greetings with a smile. Not going to recommend it to my friends.

I had an amazing stay. The hotel provides slippers which is quite rare in European hotels I’ve been to, and I really appreciated it. The breakfast included fresh and delicious fruit, and the overall experience was very comfortable.

This hotel does not qualify for a 4* - i would give it a 2*. Old and not maintainded for at least 30 years. Will not stay there again!

Good location and the staff is friendly but the the hotel is old and need improvements specially the Air conditioner in hot days not working good

The room did not have a safe so I had my money with me and I lost $4000 to a pick-pocket

PerfectLocation. Great breakfast. Amazing Staff and fair price. The overall building and rooms are just a bit outdated, but it gives some charm.
