Got a room in the frist floor, very noicy from the trafic and train, changed to 5.th floor. Extremely hot, no ventilation, could not turn on aircondition. The building is very old and you could hesr every small noice from the neighbor rooms. I will never Stay here again.

They canceled my booking on booking without my consent, they do not accept the pos, when I was out with an excuse they did not give me a receipt saying that they would invite me later (never arrived) unfortunately I had no alternative and was in a hurry to stand there and discuss. The structure is old, dilapidated, dirty .... it sucks!

Definirlo hotel mi sembra davvero un imbroglio! Ho prenotato due stanze per poi ritrovarmi in un buco con due bambini , al mio arrivo ho chiamato la Receptionist dicendo di essere arrivata,con un tono molto sgradevole rispose che le stanze non erano disponibili. Ho dovuto chiamare i carabinieri perché non potevo stare in mezzo alla strada con due bambini ! All'arrivo dei carabinieri la Receptionist ci fa entrare in una """"""stanza"""" che è letteralmente un buco .

Complessivamente struttura poco curata, necessita di ristrutturazione. L'interruttore della luce era fuori dalla stanza, nel corridoio. Abbiamo preso una camera con bagno privato e siamo stati per due giorni senza acqua calda perché sostenevano che la caldaia fosse rotta, e non ci potevano fare niente... Il secondo giorno anche il riscaldamento non funzionava. Assolutamente da non andarci.
