The location of the room is good, but there is no reception desk in the room, the whole time in whatsapp communication, I because of the plane flight at 18:30 only to Milan, the owner strongly requested to check in after 18:00 to pay an additional 20 euros fee, plus two people city tax total extra 45.2. I feel very annoyed and affect the mood. The water system in the room was unreasonable and clogged, and the facilities were very old.

If you book this hotel, you must check in early otherwise you will be charged 80 euros more. The boss's attitude is also very average. I contacted Ctrip customer service at night to contact the merchant before I successfully checked in. I really appreciate Ctrip's customer service for promptly helping us contact the boss to solve the check-in problem. The location is quite good. It's good. It's close to the train station. It would be better if the business attitude is better.

Arty and quirky style, different for sure. Just think for the price you could expect a comfortable pillow and effective air conditioner. Clean enough, and certainly had charm. Conveniently located but overpriced for what you get. Style over substance.

Due to a change in travel plans, I cancelled this hotel ( with still 7 days to go as per cancellation policy). They took a full payment from me way prior to the cancellation date and I can't now get it back from them. Avoid this place- they are indeed, dishonest
