Service of the receptionist is great! She is so friendly and checked us in and out very smoothly. Air control panel is very hard to understand and it is not functioning very well. Mildred found on the grouting in the shower cubicle and the ceiling light above it was not working. Would like to have tooth brush included as it is a four star hotel and also to add one more panel for chargers next to the bed. Location is good a few minutes walk to the central central where you can eat a lot of kinds of food and also to access other places.

Excellent location, Nice looking hotel, very dark in the lobby though. Room lovely, big and clean but extremely noisy, we both had to check as it actually sounded like a window was open but it wasn’t it was closed, so disturbed sleep . Shower was weak in pressure. Style over use, the sink taps are extremely difficult to use if wet soapy hands. The toilet flush was constantly flowing so noisy. No English to at all available except news. No timer working on the tv which is a huge issue for me as I fall asleep with the tv on. Tea/coffee services ok but only 1 useable tea as we only drink breakfast tea, the other offers were fruit/herbal tea. If we wanted more it would be €2 each tea bag and no milk available only a creams. I asked them to swop the unusable tea for the tea we drink and I never got a response or replied, basically just ignored.

Stayed with my son for one night and really liked the service—everything was quick and efficient. The location is convenient, right next to the train station. The girls at the reception were very pleasant. There was no kettle in the room, but they brought one after we called. The room was spacious, especially the bathroom and toilet. It was a bit dark, but not a big issue. For the price, I think it's a great option in Milan.

We travelled in Milan for 3 days and we stayed at this hotel. The amenities were good, and the room would be cleaned every day. The only shortage was that the wifi in the room was very slow. I recommend to reach the hotel by regional train rather than metro, since the metro station is far from the hotel.

The rooms are very old and the furniture very worn. The bedside tables have no socket to be able to charge the mobile phone which can be charged in a socket at the back of the room and very far from the bed. The breakfast is served by the hotel staffs so cannot be called buffet breakfast. But one of the good thing is, hotel located at Duomo, very convenient.

I stayed one night in a single and I was impressed! The hotel has old fashioned features mixed with modern convenience- a trouser press! I had slippers, stationary, a dental kit, and free snacks and drinks in the refrigerator. It was very clean, comfortable. I hesitated in staying in a single bed but couldn’t rationalize paying double for a double and I am glad I did. The single is larger than a standard and was very comfortable. The location is amazing- steps away from the Duomo. The breakfast is good. I would gladly stay here again
