環境還好吧，紅酒池應該是真紅酒的，但就是不明白 入住要14:00但退房卻要12:00前 我訂的不是一日房嗎！就算是我1700入住 1400退也可以接受 1200有的顧客飯都還沒吃完 就要催着退房了

房間老舊，衞生不行。
隔壁一個房間住着至少三家人，四五個小孩吵得要死。菜市場一樣，早上9點就開始吵，吵到晚上11點多！！殺豬一樣的叫。隔音巨差！！！一個房間能住這麼多人？！
