SureStay by Best Western Miles City

There is a real customer service effort to improve this hotel. Shawn the manager allowed me to check in early as aBW platinum member. He let me drop my bags early in the morning and called me when the room was ready. He even had the bags placed in the room before I returned.  The breakfast was great for this type of hotel.  The clientele was respectful and polite. Oh. And Shawn even called after I checked out as I left behind an important item.  However, the pool/sauna area is not operational, and my room had a lingering pet odor and visible carpet stain. I am a dog owner and animal lover, but housekeepers really need to notify the manager as the room should not have been assigned. I personally think hotels need to charge 500 bucks for cleaning if dog hair or other 'remnant' is left behind. I won't stay at a certain LaWyndham brand that has a generous pet policy.  Their rooms all smell like Fifi and Buddy stayed there. I hope this property continues to improve.

Nice spot. Suite clean and staff very proficient. Front desk staff efficient and hospitable.

I’m absolutely positive I left my diamond ring on the bathroom counter, I have a picture of it. I called back to have them grab it after I checked out and already had left town. They said none of the cleaners found it. Was a mistake on my end but don’t count on the employees being trustworthy

Place is a Nasty Dump tried three different rooms all were dirty hair in sinks and bathtub, tooth paste smeared on counter, obvious poop smears in toilet, night clerk was at first friendly and tried to be helpful but when I told him I wanted a full refund he became belligerent and refused! We had booked over two months ago paid in advance full amount for a presidential suite that sleeps six, when my wife checked in she was told all the suites were already occupied 😡 I don’t believe this Dump even has any suites! Additionally they falsely advertise that they are a Best Western Property which they are Not!!!

We found Best West War Bonnet Inn a very pleasant stay. Facility may be worn, but it was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was very good, fresh and tasty. Waffles(!) were delicious. The Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Plan to stay here again!

The Worst Most Dirty and Uncomfortable Stay!! An old and rundown hotel that was very very dirty. The doors to the rooms have to be slammed shut to close and they did not fit. Beds old and hard and squeaky. The pool was shut down for repairs and we were not informed. The breakfast was awful, old and stale. Shameful that BW lends it's name to this hotel.
