From an easy welcome process to provision of all you need and a bit more too. Set in the grounds of a reception venue this is a true treasure. Private driveway and parking, comfy, clean and a great living space. From geese parading by the windows, wagtails joining you on the verandah to warm beds and a warm fire set up ready to go. Just 5 easy minutes drive into town that offered all we needed

The accommodation and breakfast were just perfect and Michael was the perfect host, we didn’t inform Michael that my wife was gluten intolerant so he went out of his way to cater for her needs. Everything you could possibly need in a holiday let was catered for including the much needed laundry facilities, the grounds are stunning with abundant wildlife, I would definitely recommend this property.

Well set up and organised on our arrival. Minor booking issue resolved on the phone at the start. Good location relatively close to both Invercargill, its airport and also Bluff for those who want to go that way. Winter time stay made easier by Micheal getting the fire stoked up for us each afternoon so we got back to tolerable temperatures.
