It's just an okay place, but good for an overnight stay if you have an early flight or late arrival, as it's close to the airport. The room was spacious, and the staff were friendly.

Excellent hotel for the price point. 4 minute taxi ride from SFO. Super clean, great little gym and pool, rooms have full kitchens, easy walk to Trader Joe's and Safeway for grocery items. Other restaurants nearby if you don't want to cook (Chinese, pizza, middle Eastern), but expect the california/USA prices ($45 for 2 sandwiches and 2 bottles of water). Beds amazingly comfy. Good adequate breakfast, staff very accommodating, always get an ungrade without asking, really nice place, will continue to go there as a 3 day layover from Japan to Mexico. Highly recommend.

Stayed here for a layover at SFO. Room comes with basic amenities. There's no longer any hotel shuttle and Uber fare is about $20. The front desk staff at check in (night shift) was not welcoming but the staff who did our check out in morning shift was friendly and courteous.

The front desk staff is very enthusiastic, the room facilities are complete, the bedding is high-end and clean, and the bathroom design is new.

It was a short one-night stay as it was quite far from the airport, so the requirements were not high and the price was not expensive. Overall it was OK.

The hotel's location is not too far from the airport, which is a bit different from what I thought. And it is clearly written that there is a free airport shuttle, but in fact there is none.
