The living room has plenty of seating room with 2 couches and chairs for viewing the 55 inch smart TV that is mounted above a natural wood burning fireplace. Basic Cable TV, Blu-ray player, and WiFi for utilizing your Netflix and Amazon prime accounts. The living room also has a square table that seats 8. Great for game playing. The kitchen is updated with new oak cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. It is stocked with dishes, flatware, cookware, and everything you will need to prepare you own meals. It has a Keurig and all the coffee you can drink. There is a table that seats 6 and an island that seats 4. The bathrooms have been fully updated. The full bath has a shower/bath and is accessible from the main hall near the bedrooms. The half bath is accessible from bedroom #1. Bedroom #1 is remodled and has two queen beds, a night stand, and plenty of closet space, the half bath is accessible through this room Bedroom #2 I remodled and has a queen bed, nightstand, leather recliner, and a large closet. The property is located on a busier street but in a nice eastside neighborhood. The unit is the top floor of a duplex. The units are completely separate and the basement tenants are quiet. The washer and dryer hook ups are in the garage. They work fine. We just wanted you know that there is not a separate laundry room. The equestrian center behind the house is nice, it makes they house very private and it's fun to see the horses, however, sometimes you can smell the horses outside.
