Didn’t stay there because I didn’t feel safe called trip once I arrived and asked for a refund. I booked this hotel for 7 days.The call representatives gave me the run around for 4 days after that I was told they couldn’t give me a refund. I’ve asked to be charged for the 1st day and refunded the rest. How is that fair???? This was my hard earned money and if I don’t feel safe I think I should be refunded my money. I’ll just let my bank handle this because this is fraud obviously!!!!! Being charged for services I didn’t receive!!!!!!!! Before this transaction I’ve booked using Trip.com for several things but I’m done!!!!!!!!
