Even though it was busy the check in was easy and the staff friendly and approachable. Room was clean and comfortable and had a great night sleep

The overall rooms were good. I found the mattress very hard to sleep on. When we went for the evening meal which we payed for the evening meal and breakfast, one of the staff members over charged me by over £100 im now having to wait for a refund but before I payed i did question if he had taken our meals off and he said yes but I knew he hadn't. Just lucky I had money with me

Nice clean big room. Large comfortable bed. Lovely lake area next to the hotel. Nice clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Just needed a little more storage/drawer space. We will definitely stay again.

Never stayed at Premier Inn Willen Lake before. The booking of the room online was easy as was the check in. overnight payment for the parking was easy. Our dinner, which was a meal deal and as part of a major gathering was very tasty and plentiful. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The only down side however was the lack of manning of the front desk.

Hotel was fully booked but the great team managed to sort early check in so my daughter could change. Friendly, thoughtful professional staff makes a difference especially greeted with a smile, excellent service.

Poor customer service. Unhelpful and unfriendly. I won't return. Friends recommended Premier Inn and took us there to book the room we had seen online. (we did try calling them but there was no answer) When we went to the small table that I thought was reception and asked about booking the room, the lady said it was 20 pounds more. She told me that the price I mentioned was the mobile price I was tired, with my family and clearly showed that I was stressed out. The app wouldn't work when I tried to do it and no help was offered. I felt frustrated and my friends felt embarrassed that they had suggested the Premier Inn. I eventually worked it out on my own and entered the hotel room. The bathroom smelt horrible and the toilet paper was like the stuff in public toilets. It was very expensive to stay there and it was not worth the money or time. The following night we had booked a stay at the Hoilday Inn where the service was excellent, the Holiday Inn price was 85 pounds cheaper AND breakfast was included.

Best premier Inn we’ve stayed in in a while, not that there’s much different between them. Excellent restaurant for breakfast/meals, although never had to book for breakfast in advance before - that possibly needs to be clearer that it’s required. Also not used to paying for parking at one. Appreciate both gripes are minor, but bearing in mind the staff, cleanliness and restaurant generally, would have been a 5star review otherwise

Booked twin room did not get twin beds complained to hotel got nowhere called complaints team they were terrible and just could not care kept reading from a script …totally not intrested did not even want to listen bed was really poor and was told you always get a good night sleep or money back OH NO YOU DONT ….
