there is no service except the front desk service for checking in. there is no telephone that I can report the desk lamp is not working or you have to go down to the front desk to tell them. the window view is facing just next to the hotel. overall, it's only good for one night

Location is great and lots of restaurants and bars nearby . But I found no hair dryer in my room .

The room I was put in did not have a king size bed. The bed sheets were rough, pillows lumpy and the climate control in the room was fixed at 27 degrees and no matter what I did it would not change. The night staff were called and the best they could do was give me two fans. I could not sleep and had problems breathing. I asked for a room swap and non were available. This is just not good enough. The room was dirty carpets dust my room was 409.
I would have rather had booked an alternative hotel.

I was here for two weeks while on some work experience. It was my first time in a hotel on my own. I throughly appreciated the breakfast team’s willingness to ensure we enjoyed our morning nosh! As I was on my own, it was nice to be greeted with a smile and good conversation every morning. In particular, Kelly and Richard were so obliging and always made sure to ask me how I was. Giovanna was a whiz at warming pancakes on request, always with a genuine “You’re Welcome!” after my sincere thanks. I also appreciated the reception team being very helpful; supplying me with an iron, heater and even graciously replacing my keycard after I locked myself out. Overall, a brilliant two weeks here - felt like home after a long days work.

I have had a great stay at the hotel as per usual. The managers and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Cheryl the manager was extremely lovely and helpful with any query I’ve had. In the evening the staff Alex and Victor were very jolly and up for a laugh.

Great stay at travelodge milton keynes at the hub, the breakfast was great. And the staff was lovely. I feel extremely bad for all the abuse they are receiving from guests that are upset about one of the lifts being broken, even if it is out of their power to do anything about it. Hopefully this will be sorted by my next visit.

The Breakfast team were lovely! My friend and I weren’t too sure how breakfast worked but the team helped us with the payments and ensured that we were comfortable. They were very kind and welcoming! Grateful for the service of Kelly and Ricky🥰
