小鎮環境還是不錯，非常安靜。民宿的硬件設施也不錯，智能馬桶，電動窗簾，智能浴鏡。不過美中不足有些地方改進一下就更好了:
1.房間建議放4個枕頭，這樣晚上搭腿更加舒適，
2.平時沒有客人入住時建議開窗通風，不然房間味道很重
3.早餐建議增加粥和包子饅頭，那個米粉味道吃不慣

住了這麼多這麼次酒店，第一次差評，此民宿的服務意識太差，解決問題的方式太敷衍，房卡不小心遺失，房卡直接扣了50元，在一個岳陽市直屬下的縣，房卡賠償的費用跟一線城市一樣，太驚奇了！此民宿周邊沒有外賣，衹能民宿內點餐，炒菜的價格比較高，早餐需要收費，大家謹慎選擇此民宿入住！！！！！！！

性價比很高，枕套被芯都是羽絨芯。居住很舒適，安靜，房間配套設施不錯。住一樓池塘邊環境也很好。唯一缺點是門鎖有點鬆動反鎖困難。

房間乾淨整潔，床墊很舒服。晚上很安靜。民宿旁邊有一條小河，環境優美，離屈子文化園很近，開車7.8分鐘即可到達。
