My husband and I had a great time in SETIR. We spent his birthday there and he was absolutely mesmerized by the resort I’m glad I chose to book SETIR rather than elsewhere. It was truly a memorable stay! We love to go back probably next year again in God’s grace. I wasn’t able to take much photos but I have a lot of videos I would have loved to share here as a review but couldn’t. The photos didn’t give justice to how beautiful and magical setir is. Although we had a slight problem encountered during our baggage after checking out, the staff coordinated with the rest of the staff members to make sure we still catch our flight with Sunlight Air. So I wanna thank setir for the superb customer service, thanks as well for the room upgrade, and most especially thank you for the beautiful memory. See you again soon SETIR!

It's good place to relax if you come with a family . Transfers are a little bit pricy and long time waiting

Airport pickup, TV movies, restaurant ceiling fans, reservations for dinner were all broken/didn’t work (including telling us after arrival that it’s 4K per person for the boat transfer, when we had been quoted 2.5k at time of booking and we even saw an advert at the resort for locals to come to the island for the day for 2.5k INCLUDING LUNCH?!?). Many other things were mismanaged or not managed at all including only orange, green, and water melon as fruit for breakfast. What is this some cheap American hotel?!? When I asked, I got a banana and some under ripe papaya. Good effort by the very nice staff who are always willing to help but where is the manager of this place. Lots more management, lots more training necessary to justify the high prices and they’re difficult to get to location.

酒店自然環境很好，有特別棒的魚羣，但設施維護特別差，服務難以跟上，房間內經常遺漏毛巾，水等必需品，送來要花很久時間，叫buggy，打掃衞生也要反覆催促，但房間收費幾乎相當於四級等國際一線酒店，總體來説性價比較低，與高昂收費不匹配

Добраться на лодке до этого отеля стоит дороже чем билет на самолёт. Обслуживание ужасное. Из оплаченных 5ти дней мы сбежали на 2й день,деньги так и не вернули

第一次在攜程評論，因為體驗感真的極差！！給大家避避雷，畢竟也不是一晚幾百塊的東西！！我們一家人出行，兩間複式別墅連住三晚，光酒店就是2萬大洋，除了酒店環境好，其他無論便利、餐食、規矩真是一言難盡。酒店離跳島遊很遠很遠，還和別家差一倍價格，所以真心建議住鎮上。還有潛水，價格比別人貴也就算了，還沒什麼好看的，沒有出海就在酒店碼頭底下，餐食中午就一家中餐，叫餐到上菜半小時，不知道是不是臨時海里撈的，另一家菲律賓菜更離譜，一衹炸雞一個半小時，不知道是不是臨時出島去抓的雞，難怪遊客不多，晚上都冷冷清清的。最可氣的是出島的時間要按照她們的時間來，結果碼頭等好久，太早到機場，導致又等了三個小時。體驗感極差！！！真配不起這價格！！
