PputriIt's a shame that the hotel is good, but the service is really not very good, they arrived from 3 o'clock because the check-in time was 3 o'clock until there they were piled up with other people who also hadn't checked in, as a result they checked in exactly at 5.20. Luckily, when I got compensation, I was able to check out late. Next time the management must be improved

JJcy_caHotel yang berada di pusat kota Tondano, dengan pemandangan sawah yang sejuk namun syg Onse yang menjadi andalan ( kolamnya kotor , sehingga air keruh seperti becek), terdapat beberapa ekor kecoa dalam kamar. Sisa makanan tamu kamar depan tidak diangkat sejak sore sampai keesokan harinya sehingga menimbulkan bau kurang sedap dan mengundang lalat, kecoa. Untuk pelayan direception ramah. Breakfast cukup bervariasi, terdapat burger nike ( ikan kecil seperti teri khas Tondano ).
