It's a shame that the hotel is good, but the service is really not very good, they arrived from 3 o'clock because the check-in time was 3 o'clock until there they were piled up with other people who also hadn't checked in, as a result they checked in exactly at 5.20. I booked the hotel for my dad who was traveling alone. There weren't many Korean travelers, so there wasn't a lot of accommodation reviews or information, so I searched for accommodations through Google reviews and booked the hotel. Every single staff member was very friendly and thanks to that, it was the best part of my dad's trip. It was the happiest moment. True to its name, it is used as a hot spring and is in harmony with nature. The best service and the friendliness of the staff make my father live happily again in Korea every day. I am so grateful to all the Yama employees who left good memories for our guests even though they did not understand the language. If I get the chance, I will also visit with my dad.
