We stayed on a special floor with the "Official Website Limited Seasonal Kaiseki." Well, it was a meal that I can't describe. The appetizer, the conch, was so hard that it seemed frozen, and had no flavor. When I saw this, I could imagine what the rest of the dishes would be. When the steak came out, which was different from the photo on the main website, I thought it was a yakiniku restaurant! It's not called a steak if it's that thin, and if it's that thin, I don't think they bother to ask in advance whether it's rare or well done. If you leave it alone, it will only be well done or medium (lol) In the end, the only things that were delicious were the dessert and the milk pudding for breakfast. I chose it because it had many high ratings, but I never understood why. I can't recommend it to others (lol) However, it was decades since I last stayed at Keino Matsubara, but it's still as wonderful as ever! I remembered how delicious the food at the guesthouse was back then.
