Hot spring is bad! Especially for the hot springs on the rooftop, it is very dangerous to go up the stairs outside the hotel at night without lights! And the hot spring has no drainage, just like a small bathtub.
When checking out, the staff asked us to leave and we were not allowed to stay in the lobby anymore. This service was very poor!

Kurokawa Hot Spring has good water, and there are hot spring pools both indoors and outdoors. The hot spring town is quite lively, but it basically closes at 6pm. There are many hotels in the town and business is good. The waiter's smile was bright.

雪が積もることを想定して公共の交通機関で伺いました。バス停から徒歩で行く道がわからす、最初迷いましたがGoogleマップで辿り着きました。お部屋も暖かく以前泊まった湯布院の宿とは大違いで夜もふかふかの布団でぐっすり。温泉効果もあってか、初めて他所でお手洗いに行かずに寝れました。お食事も合格点です。お店の方の感じも良い。コーヒーはセルフで部屋へ持って行ける。夜、宿のすぐそばにある橋からは、上流下流共にまんまるのイルミネーションが綺麗で観光客が川へ降りて写真に収めていました。ちょうどその日は友人のお誕生日だった！というサプライズがあり思い出深い旅となりました。
