Room size is okay . Location not close to the main road and need to walk through the small pathway to reach the hotel. It seems little difficult during heavy snow with luggages. Just a hostel and no service you can expect.

The place is lacking a lot of stuff. The room has just a bed and a heater that only works from 5pm to 10am. The rest of the time is freezing there. Just one wall plug. No little table to leave your phone or whatever. No hangers or anything to hang your clothes. No bin. There's only a regular sized bin in the dining room which is always full (a bin for 29 rooms). No bath towels provided. For the amount they charge and the big flow of guests, it's unacceptable that they don't invest any money to make it right.

The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the ski lift! The staff is very helpful as well. However, the bed is rather small for 2 people.

Apart from the convenient location to Ishiuchi Maruyama Ski Resort, there is nothing else to do. There is not enough hot water, heating, the place is old and not maintained. There is basically no heating in the public areas of the hotel. The heating in the room is also open for a limited time.
