Outstanding customer services in Japan. All staff at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to Johnson.
Staff were very proactive and professional. Feel welcoming staying here in the hotel and we all enjoy the stay very much.
Hardware is also awesome. New, very clean, comfortable room and bedding.
Plenty of free parking space in front and just a few steps away from the famous roadside station which serves delicious and signature tea products.
Highly recommended. Will definitely come back.
