連續定了2天，第一天給了一間尾房，房間裏除了洗漱區的燈和靠窗頂棚的一條燈帶外沒有其他燈了，特別昏暗，孩子想睡前閲讀都不行。而且佈局反人性，沙發在電視機下方，茶几在沙發側面，床旁邊倒是空了好大的空間，房間裏連把椅子都沒有，想坐着吃點東西都難。進去10分鐘聯繫服務枱想換一間房説沒有其他房了，反覆協調第二晚給換了一間，協調的過程服務態度還好，029前台小金服務效率快，服務上滿意，房內設施上強烈建議改進。

酒店周邊環境不錯，距離景點有點遠，出行最好有車比較方便，地上地下都有停車位，酒店服務非常熱情周到，酒店外面就有人迎接，幫忙按電梯到五層前台，前台082服務很好，房間寬敞明亮，大落地窗，早餐也不錯，要再熱一點就更好，牆上插座有個藍色的小燈關不掉，對睡眠有一點影響，總體入住非常滿意！
