這家民宿位置太棒了，就在廣場，下樓走幾步就能去廣場散步、看夜景。房間佈置很温馨，設施齊全，床也超舒服，住得太愜意！老闆服務熱情周到。

來出差，朋友介紹的，環境很不錯，價格實惠，房間佈置不錯😊空調製冷很好，樓下是正榮的商業廣場，吃喝玩都有很方便，配套齊全。晚上還有夜市很熱鬧，喝喝小酒很愜意，門口公交也很方便，離福建師範大學和閩江師專都很近。老闆人很好，剛來不懂坐車問他都幫忙查，下次出差還住這家。

暑假過來這邊找朋友玩，位置很好找，聯繫店家很快就找到了。樓下是大型商場配套很齊全，餐飲，遊樂場，酒吧，KTV都有，晚上夜市也挺熱鬧的。房間整體感覺很不錯 ，簡潔大方，沒有花裏胡哨，是我喜歡的類型。住15樓，樓層高晚上睡覺也不吵，空調製冷效果非常好，睡覺很舒服。下次有機會還會來住。

可能春節人太多了吧，入住的時候感覺床單被套是沒有換過的，上面有很多頭髮……隔音效果不是很好，樓上樓下的説話聽的很清楚

房間很小，屋內設施陳舊
交通方便，財富中心，吃逛便利。
吐槽的一點：非常不人性化。規定12點退房，想跟老闆商量延遲一兩個小時（因為本人考試，想中午回來休息下，下午再去考場），老闆要求加錢20元/小時，2個小時要40元。後來沒有達成一致。
我朋友定的酒店，延時免費。對比後覺得不人性化。

過來考試，離考點閩江師專很近衹有一牆之隔，房間在15樓，樓層高，視野好，可以看到整個閩江師專和福建師範大學。公交可以直達，樓下是商場吃飯購物都很方便，晚上下去逛了一圈挺熱鬧的，夜市裡小吃很多。第一次來打電話加老闆微信，發了引導入住的圖片，入住很順利。第二天還幫忙寄存行李，很不錯，有機會來福州還會來這家。

過來出差，房間住的很舒服，樓層高，視野開闊，樓下有大型商場，夜市，很便利，公交站就在商場口很方便，價格實惠，值得推薦，下次還會光顧。

過來福師大考試，離師大很近。房間挺乾淨，配套也挺齊全。房間在商場的在15樓，第一次來不熟，打老闆電話後加vx，老闆發了指引照片一下就找到了。樓下是類似萬達的購物，吃飯購物都很方便。下次有機會來福州還會選擇入住😘 👍 😍
