來到福州第二天，由於看遊神的越來越多，這個價位衹能訂到大學城的這家類似民宿的賓館。停車方便，總體來説還算乾淨，就是酒店設施真的不敢恭維，空調亮着不出風，浴室沒有隔間。

酒店位置靠近福建大學城理工大學校區及華南女子學院，步行即可到達旗山湖公園。出行很方便。房間設施齊全，舒適的床鋪和充足的熱水供應，很舒適的一次入住體驗。還有工作人服務態度非常好 ，下次有機會還會再來住。

原本沒抱太大期待，沒想到這家酒店直接給我驚喜！房間打掃得特別乾淨，床單被罩沒有一點污漬。前台的工作人員特別熱情，不僅幫忙升級房型，還細心推薦周邊好玩的地方。房間設備齊全 ，住着舒服又省心，下次來這邊還選這兒！

同等價位，這個酒店環境，裝修算是比較好的了，豪華大床房空間大也舒服。這不是新酒店，有部分硬件 比如馬桶就顯舊，但衞生還不錯，床單被罩很乾凈!毛巾是一次性的用着很安心，浴巾也很蓬鬆乾淨！一出門就馬路，也有公交車站，交通便利，還緊挨旗山湖公園，不錯不錯！

環境啥的還行，每天都打掃，會提前詢問打掃時間，很體貼，隔音效果也行，可能會聽見旁邊的關門聲，我覺得也是正常的畢竟這門確實挺有分量的關起來有聲音也正常，其他雜音就沒有，睡得挺香，服務要重點説一下，很好！[強]
