Everything was great except therevwas really no breakfast. Pancake machine didnt work the juice machine didn't work. Just some danishes and muffins

Afternoon staff didn’t care about her job. She actually utter under her breath she hated her job. She also told us if we had any problems to wait until after 11 pm to report them because she would be gone. She also gave me the wrong room ( single bed instead of 2 beds) she told me it was because the staff didn’t clean enough rooms.. will not stay there again!!!

At check-in, the first thing the clerk said to me was "whatever it is that you want, the answer is no." She thought it was very funny, then called me honey for the remainder of our conversation.
After we checked in, we ended up canceling our reservation after one minute in our room which wreaked of mold and mildew. The person at the desk was good about the cancellation.

Unsettling
The hotel was a little rundown, and the room was not clean. There were stains on bedding. We had to take the top cover off the bed completely because it was dirty and the skirt on the bed had white stains on it. There were fingerprints on the headboard area and the couch on the windowsill look very worn down and not clean. There was a cobweb above our light by the TV and I found a bug on the mattress. I said a prayer and went to bed.

We discussed the loud conditions with the staff, and they were unresponsive.
Friday night and Saturday night at 3:30 in the mornings, were loud partying in room next door

It’s not taken care of very well. I’m on the third floor and it’s very noisy! Toiletries are very limited. Bedding is worn. The TV is attached crookedly on the wall.

Swimming area needs some care. Our room wasnt ready when we checked in even though i did the early online check in. Had to give my credit card info again . Have had a better continetal breakfast.

Nothing special, just an okay stay. was ridiculously expensive, realize it was state fair time but these rooms were definitely not worth the price.

Was an excellent stay for a small budget, staff were extremely friendly and ready to remedy any errors. Hotel provided transport to city fair at a cost as well!
