The hotel room is clean, comfortable and tidy, and the view from the room is amazing. I like it. The service of the white girl at the front desk is thoughtful. The nearby attractions can be reached on foot. I will come again next time if I have the chance.

1. Need to improve the service staff is not professional enough. 2. The air conditioning in the room was not cold enough (the minimum temperature was fixed at 24 degrees Celsius). I didn't sleep well after staying there for one night. 3. The cleaning staff did not communicate well with the front desk, and the room was not cleaned properly. The cleaning staff opened the door on their own.

I went downstairs to make a new card because the local old lady hired by the front desk did not know the check-in procedure 2. When communicating with the service, they didn't have this or that. I can understand, but the general tone was like they owed me money. They didn't even know a general greeting like hello 3. I checked into this hotel because I saw the swimming pool and wanted to exercise. As a result, when I arrived at the site, they replied: Because they didn't recruit a lifeguard, the swimming pool was not open. I was so angry. I can't complain, this is a five-star hotel!

The mineral water is also very good. The mineral water provided is Baisuishan. The details of the room decoration are also in place. The scenery outside is also very beautiful. The breakfast is also very rich. The only thing is that the service is not very good. The front desk is not professional at all. They may be relatives of the boss. There is no welcome fruit in the room during the Chinese New Year. There is no bath bag for bathing. The mat is placed in the bathtub. Anyway, there is basically no service. In short, the software service of the hotel is quite inconsistent with such good hardware. So, the facilities and sanitation environment are all full marks. I am very satisfied. Only the service can only be given 3 points. I am generally satisfied. The hotel has done a good job in hardware. There are no major flaws.
