"When arrived, there were no hair dryer, slippers advertise on the website. Had to go downstairs to the reception to ask for it! This is a 3 star hotel..
On a positive note, Loads of towels for the stay!
Stayed in twin double room. Basic. Each single bed had 2 pillows, which is nice!
Girls at reception are polite.
They have cooler in the corridor with 2 taps: cold and hot. How good is that I don't know. Personally, I would prefer kettle in the room instead.
Cheap restaurant downstairs for lunch. Soup was good!"

"There is no SPA only a small swiming pool acts like SPA, the gym is located in the SPA room and hardly any room to more around. There are 3 relaxing bed abd on sofa. There is no active resturant even they advertise it on there website and TV. There is only tea in the room and no coffee.
In the bath room there are no floor mats/towels."

"I remained fully delighted with my experience of renting this housing! The owner of the apartment was incredibly friendly and responsive, always on contact and willing to help with any questions.
The apartments themselves are just chic! They were perfectly clean, comfortable and stylishly decorated. Inside there was all the necessary equipment and all the facilities – from the perfectly equipped kitchen to a cozy fireplace, near which it is pleasant to spend the evening. The location is also beautiful: near the metro, convenient to get to the sights.
Thanks to this rent, I was able to enjoy my rest completely without worrying about household trimmings. The impressions remained only positive! I am happy to return here again and recommend to everyone who is looking for a comfortable and comfortable place for temporary stay."

"It's an old room, but it makes people feel at ease. I especially like the uncle or uncle with long white hair who I met when I checked in. He likes to laugh and has a good temper. He is very patient with me because I don't speak the language. I came to study abroad and was thrown in the hotel by the local guide. I couldn't eat. He helped me find the way to the supermarket. He greeted me in Chinese when we met in the morning. I wanted to thank him in Russian, which I just learned. But he was too fashionable and wore cool clothes. I didn't recognize him at first. If the hotel sees this comment, please thank him. The cleaning lady who cleans the house is also very cute and enthusiastic. I recommend everyone to stay there."

"Location is very strategic , near with some of recreational objects. You can buy groceries at supermarket around there, there's many good restaurant with affordable prices, and you can change your money to Rubel in the money changer at supermarket. The rate is good.
The room of apartment is good enough for 3 ppl. More than that will be cramped.
The bath room is so clean, hot and cold water is good , and the washing machine works properly.
The owner provides us transfer service to and from airport, with a good tariff. And the driver is so kind.
Maybe the only one minus poin, is no elevator to go to 5th floor 😄. But fortunately we were helped by the driver to bring up our luggage."

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. Check-in was seamless. My room has exceeded all expectations, was not only tastefully decorated but also spotlessly clean, with every comfort thoughtfully provided for.
Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was well taken care of. Whether it was arranging transportation or fulfilling any other request I had, their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident.
The breakfast option at the hotel were equally impressive. I had the pleasure of sampling ldifrent dishes and each meal was a culinary delight. The quality of the food, paired with the elegant ambiance, made for a truly memorable dining experience.
Additionally, the hotel's facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were top-notch. I appreciated having access to such well-maintained amenities during my stay.

Convenient to Shopping - Minsk city Mall & Green supermarket chemist, fashions,
Hotel room clean & spacious, comfortable bed, TV is small (only Russian & Belarusian programs), gym is basic and small, only free weights + 1 bench (will disappoint the fitness enthusiast like me)
Breakfast buffet - good variety of cold & cooked food, muesli/corn flakes, fruit/salad, bread, omelette, waffles, nuts, tea/coffee, juices. Enough to satisfy most taste buds after a good night sleep.
Efficient & friendly Reception for check in ,& out.
Will look forward to next stay when I visit Minsk in near future.

OOdysseyoumiaomiaoI always stay at Marriott every time I go on a business trip. It is clean and tidy, the room is large, there is a balcony, the breakfast is rich, and I can walk, ride a bike, and row a boat behind the hotel on weekends. It is very pleasant.

GGuest UserExcellent location in the old city centre where there are many cafes, restaurants, pubs, attractions. Really clean and comfortable big room in a traditional monastery which has been converted into a hotel.
Room is big with comfortable bed, good view from the (top floor) traditional 16th century window. I like the long corridor with traditional circular ring shaped lights holder hung from ceiling.
Buffet Breakfast is reasonable but similar Belarus foods juices+ teas, coffee, water everyday during my stay.
Quick check in and check out at receptions with friendly staff who speak English., 24 hours service.
Reception helped organised paid airport transfer on my last morning.
Overall very satisfied experience. Will definitely stay again when I next visit Minsk.
