Lovely, clean hotel, beautifully maintained garden and fantastically friendly and efficient staff. Very nice hotel, extremely good value for money. Well situated for the town and station. The views for the room balconies is stunning, the breakfast is lovely and the pool is very nice too!!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The service is perfect. The hotel is very clean. I recommend this house to all tourists visiting Minusio Prices are OK for Switzerland. You get vouchers with price reductions to eat in very good restaurants of the town.

We found the hotel very good. It was clean and comfortable. The service was reasonable. The people at reception were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also acceptable for a three star hotel. The hotel location is very close to the bus station. We recommend the hotel for a short stay.

The room absolutely met our needs and expectations. We sat out on the patio on the first floor to admire the stars and planets late at night and it was very peaceful and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the room super clean and complete. What made the experience however was every single person we came in contact with: from the person who greeted us as we considered the hotel and made several requests that were important for our needs/comfort - someone who had just started that week, was there by herself and absolutely was so pleasant and responsive, to the breakfast hostess who went way beyond her italian breakfast culture roots to provide an expansive and impeccable breakfast spread and pleasant conversation, to the manager who additionally helped with some things, providing advice beyond the scope of her hotelier duties. Everyone had a generous and genuine smile and warmth that just made the place feel like home. It felt like we left a piece of our heart (or at least mine) there in Locarno at Minusio, and while we don't have plans to be back in Locarno, I'm far more likely to return simply because of the people at this hotel. I can't say enough and just appreciate the fact that they had a room for us and responded with so much grace and hospitality - a big thank you!

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, wunderbar gelegen und gut erreichbar auch mit dem ÖV. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und wunderbar sauber und gepflegt. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichlich und frisch. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir waren kürzlich im Smart Hotel Minusio in Locarno und waren sichtlich begeistert. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Gartenseite mit Terrasse und haben uns fast schon wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Zimmer und vor allen Dingen das Bett und Bettdecke usw. waren sehr gemütlich! Die Damen von der Rezeption, Küche, Reinigungsdame, ALLE! waren extrem hilfsbereit, liebevoll und so freundlich! Wir bekamen auch immer tolle Ideen für Ausflüge:-) Das Frühstück war sehr entspannt am Morgen, ausreichend, frisch und sehr lecker!!! Eine wundervolle Woche durften wir in diesem Hotel verbringen und können es absolut weiterempfehlen! Wir schicken viele herzliche Grüße zum Hotel!

Gepflegtes Hotel mit hübsch eingerichteten Zimmern, schönem Garten drumherum und sehr freundlichem Personal. Leckeres, hochwertiges Frühstücksbuffet mit viel Auswahl. 200 mtr. zur Buslinie 1 und damit beste Verbindung nach Locarno und Ascona.
