We booked directly with reception and initially asked for 3 nights, we were told we could only book 2 due to availability so we confirmed this. Despite having this booked when we arrived after 12 hours of travel from the UK we were told we only have 1 night booked. The receptionists could not have been less bothered by the inconvenience and stress this has caused us. Disgraceful customer service, I would not recommend to anyone who wants a reliable stay. Couldn’t comment on the rooms as didn’t get that fair but judging by the pictures they look stuck in the 90s. Will not be recommending and will not be coming back. Don’t waste your time.

Hôtel relativement confortable et le personnel est agréable. Dommage que l'on entende beaucoup les bruits de circulation la nuit. Restaurant super sympa. Le petit déjeuner manque de sucré, bien chargé en salé. Les chambres sont propres.
