Stayed at this hotel solo for medical tourism. The best thing about this hotel is the staff-super curteous and friendly,Nice breakfast, nice wifi, beautiful lobby, and the rooms are super clean. The rooms are spacious, have a kitchenette with a few pots and pans and dishes,a tea kettle and a coffee maker, and a microwave. Also a small table with a couple of chairs. The room has a queen size bed.The bed was just ok, nothing special. The Room was very basic and dated and the bathroom had a broken mirror and weird window, but once I was passed that, it was ok, since it has everything I needed for my short stay. I had "the courtyard" view, which is the view of some roofs, but I heard is the quiet side because I heard the rooms with balcony were pretty loud. I felt safe there and it located at super quiet cul de sac street with a Serenazgo (municipal patrol guards) at the corner every night.Once you leave that street, you are in the heart of Miraflores with all the hustle and bustle.I booked it again for my short stay coming up

I chose the Atrium hotel based on the location and price and the hotel was a great place to stay. The hotel is at the end of a dead end street not far from the shops and restaurants and is in a quiet location. The room was fine with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom and had a kitchen too. The staff were all really helpful and friendly and there was a good breakfast too. I had a great stay there and given the location and price the hotel made for a good base for a three night stay in Lima being round the corner from the 7th of June Park, Parque 7 de Junio and Parque John F. Kennedy and near shops and restaurants.

How to lose a repeat customer.... Back again after the pandemic, I stayed for six nights in May 2024 and was given an upper floor room facing Telejo. It had a king size bed and a couch that "folded" into a single bed. I found the firm mattress became really uncomfortable and gave me back pain after 3 nights. (I don't have a bad back...) It had a cooling only air conditioner in the dining area and no heater was provided. Only one medium sized bath towel and one hand towel were supplied at any time. They stayed constantly wet. Clothes that I washed in the kitchen sink also stayed wet and never dried. The shower was fitted with a small fixed shower rose. There was low water pressure and the water temperature varied greatly during showering. It took several minutes for hot water to arrive no matter what time of the day or night. The block out curtains in the bedroom did not work very well. I had the misfortune to stay over a weekend. On Saturday nights the clubs in the adjacent streets crank up the volume till about 2:00 in the morning. The poorly sealed single glazed windows and glass doors that form one wall of the unit provide zero barrier to any of this sound. I had to resort to using masking tape to seal the windows and ask for blankets and towels to provide further sound damping. Even with all of this I still had to use ear plugs. Even when the Disco stopped I could still hear the people in the unit above me partying on until 4:00 in the morning through the floor. I could also hear the shower running in the unit above clearly through the floor. There are also no door seals on the door to the unit and the door frame has gaps that allow any hallway noise into the room. The door is equipped with a normal key which was inconvenient to carry around and means that you have to be careful about locking the door yourself when you leave. (The door didn't lock unless you turn the lock.)

The location is perfect: it is in the heart of town, a block from Kennedy Park and near many coffee shops and eateries. Despite that, it was tucked away from the bustling of the city - sound wise. We were able to walk to the ruins one day and to Barranco and back the other day. Everything is very accessible distance wise. The ambiance of the hotel has an artistic and bohemian vibe and is warm and welcoming. Though breakfast is not considered an important meal of the day in Peru, the hotel makes a great effort in what they provide. Our room was as described and seen in the photos: clean and cozy. The water pressure of the shower was nice and the body wash/shampoo and conditioner was quality. The staff was wonderful! Friendly, welcoming and very helpful. They provided us with a map of recommendations, a brochure of various walking tours, even made dinner reservations for us and arranged a ride from and to the airport. I definitely recommend Atrium Miraflores!

Great location, fantastic staff, very clean space and in a silent street. Many atraccions to know in the nearby. Many good restaurants, coffe shops and snack bars in the neighborhood. I'll be back!

The staff were very helpful, offering early check in, and late check out. The girl on reception even lent us her metro card when giving us directions. Great location with lots of coffee shops and places to eat within a 5 minute walk.
