Apesar de bem muito bem localizado, mesmo encostado ao rio tua, e do atendimento ser simpático e eficiente, achei um hotel já algo ultrapassado. Os quartos estavam asseados nas são claramente já antigas assim como as WC. Pequeno almoço com boa oferta. Achei que a relação qualidade preço não se justificava

Apesar da localização ser boa, aconteceu um episódio muito chato ao qual o gerente já tinha conhecimento da situação e é o tal “deixar andar até acontecer algo grave”. Os quartos (sim mais que um) tinham MORCEGOS a sair pelas condutas do ar condicionado. Morcegos a passear pelos corredores. Morcegos escondidos nas cortinas. Apesar do gerente tentar resolver a situação, ao hospedar-nos noutro andar, esse mesmo andar também tinha morcegos no corredor. Uma situação grave devido a todos os riscos sanitários e à saúde associados a esses animais.

Boa noite, Fico neste hotel muitas vezes em trabalho, e sou sempre tratado com muita simpatia, e quando conseguem, apesar de ser a trabalho, dão a oportunidade de ficar no quarto virado para o rio. uma varanda super agradável, com a vista incrível para o rio, nesta terra maravilhosa. Fiquei realmente ainda mais agradado com esta última visita. continuem o bom trabalho. Obrigado. Fábio

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba en plena ola de calor, y tuve que ir a comprar un ventilador en un supermercado. El cuarto de baño olía a cloaca. La habitación también olía mal Hotel muy anticuado Moqueta sucia Es un 2 estrellas como mucho

Hotel encontra-se numa excelente localização. A piscina exterior é limpa e está situada à beira-rio. O quarto de dimensões aceitáveis, mas com um intenso cheiro a esgoto. Hotel a necessitar urgentemente de renovação. Pequeno-almoço aceitável bem como pessoal da receção simpático.

Bastante aceitável entre o preço pedido e servico oferecido, quartos com cama extra sao 2 bons quartos, wc muito limpa, no geral tudo bastante limpo, o único apontamento menos bom é o pequeno almoço que é efetivamente fraco. Geral, bastante bom.

No es la primera vez que voy a este hotel y se nota el paso del tiempo. Con todo sigue siendo una buena opción en Mirandela. Hotel muy céntrico. Las habitaciones, que necesitan un repaso, son cómodas, camas incluidas. El desayuno en consonancia con un tres estrellas, es aceptable. Lo que no han cambiado son las maravillosas vistas desde las habitaciones que dan al lago y al pueblo. Personal muy atento.
