10/10 couple days away. The location, the food, the hotel and the cleanliness of place was outstanding. Will definitely be coming back. The most important thing we enjoyed about this place was the amazing staff and their willingness to help at all times. Made the whole trip a memorable one.

We sat in the hotel for 3 nights and mr .adnan ( Omani man ) he give us upgrade of the room to a villa with a private pool and the name of the room was (oile) in Arabic words ( zaytona) The resort was a series of hotels (Grand Hyatt) The location is an hour away from Salalah, which made the place quieter and far from the noise, the sound of the sea and the lights at night makes you live an experience between (the desert and the sea) The service of the staff in the hotel is one of the best things possible and the existing schedule and events carried out by the hotel for guests indicates their interest without the need to go down to Salalah. The hotel is a place to settle and enjoy the tranquillity of nature without the need to go to another place. Cleanliness of the place, food, cleaning of rooms, service of the staff through diversification in hospitality to express their welcome to guests. There are classes to learn the cook and the offers offered by the spa to guests. The hotel's appreciation of the employees by honouring them and celebrating them, which I found in the place of residence, which reflects on the employee's giving the inmate everything he needs with love. The experience in general is 100%, it deserves every word of thanks.

Very peacefull and luxury place. The staff is amazing. Location is quiet and beautiful gem if Omani nature. The quality of the food is above all standards. Nice beach and lot of adventure options in the area with a well managed dive center. Perfect relax place.

Stunning hotel in the midst of Dhofar’s natural beauty. All of the quality you expect from a true 5* star resort. Staff were all exceptional & went above & beyond. Front of house team personally contacted airline & airport to resolve our missing luggage. Housekeeping supplied spare clothing & toiletries & laundry in the interim. Food & Beverage team were so fun & keen to treat & delight their guests, from special cocktails to a treat on departure. Beach attendants proactive with water top up’s. Honestly a beautiful experience & highly recommend.

We had 2 bungalows for 2 weeks and stayed over Xmas and NY. Great experience. Very professional staff, from the beach boys, the reception to the restaurant chef (Ibrahim). The site is very remote, so you will need to do all meals at the hotel. We rented a Land Cruiser two days to explore the magnificent landscape both in the mountains and further East along the shore. Would love to come back here another time.

Fantastic atmosphere, *****, desert like atmosphere within 5 star accommodation and service. This is not the typical place filled with grass and palm, they have preserved the desert like environment, recreating ah oasis dominated by rocks and sand. Really magic, like you are in the desert, but the infrastructure and the services are 5 star. We even saw bioluminescence in the water waves at sundown.
