Cleanliness: There was some dust, but I think it was relatively clean.
Location: It's a bit far from Kurayoshi Station or Misasa Town, but in the case of the station, they provide a shuttle (pick-up) service, and you can easily get to Misasa Town by bus.

It was an old, Showa era hotel. It was old and slow, with the elevator buttons not responding well and cancellation not working if pressed by mistake. The most disappointing thing was that the room smelled like cigarettes! There was no option for smoking or non-smoking when making the reservation.
