六人間房間很大，沒有衞生間，我們住的二樓，衞生間在一樓，洗澡在三樓，二樓的那個打掃衞生的服務大媽態度極差，因為他們把那個房間當曬床單房了，床單上也有點臟，所以我們要求從新換一下被套，她説衹換兩間床，拜託我訂的是六人間，我讓換四個床不過分吧，讓拿一下一次性牙刷也是甩臉色給我，由於房門從裏面關不緊，兩次兩個男人直接走錯房間開門進來了，我就稍微移動了一下床抵着門怕晚上有人進來，第二天那個服務大媽讓床還原不然不準走的氣勢，移回去是應該的，但是那個態度凶神惡煞，尖酸刻薄，真的是無語到家了，至今難忘，我可以接受房間設施老舊，接受不了極其惡劣的態度！還好有興凱湖美景安慰心靈。

是我住過的最差酒店。馬桶很臟，而且是斷裂的，用膠帶纏住很臟。自來水放了幾個小時了還是黃的。不提供浴巾，不配瓶裝水，早餐衹有饅頭花圈大米粥和涼拌菜，沒有雞蛋沒有餐巾紙。這不應該叫酒店，比廉價民宿都差。

房間不大，設施很一般，沒有電視機，燈具開關是單聯的，關燈後再上床。在景區裏的賓館，也就是以睡覺為主了。早餐是最最簡的鄉村早餐。

房屋是發黴的，水是黃色的，噴頭是無法用的，浴巾是沒有的，內網是無法用的，住宿是無法忍受的，感覺是太差太差的
