Amazing hotel. Clean and love the room. Laminate floors and fridge. Only thing I don’t like is no microwave in the Room. But everything else was amazing.
Hotel near airport. Great free shuttle service with very nice and helpful drivers. Fast and efficient check in. Very Fast check out. Spacious room with great view. Beautiful large window. Large and comfortable bed. Excellent value for money. Negative notes: Slippers are not available, are necessary. The sink was clogged. Missing soap for shower.

The counter allows us to use US dollars, which is a great convenience for me. The hotel does not provide free breakfast. It is quite cold to go out to find food on a snowy day. The room is neat and bright, and the view is good.
It was the first flight in the morning, but it was very convenient because I could take the free shuttle to the airport immediately from the hotel. The hotel was also very nice.
The location is a little bit far away from any attractions, the second night we didn't have any hot water, and waited from 7 pm -10 pm. During the time, we called front desk, but they only said they would check the maintenance, then hang out, never call us back. Our families were disappointed with their service
First of all, the room is completely spacious, so there is no feeling of stuffiness at all. Overall, it is clean and the hotel staff are friendly. There is no inconvenience in
I stayed for three days with my daughter for a mom and daughter trip. Appearance is beautiful and desk staff was nice and helpful but I don’t think the room we stayed is appropriate for guests who pay for it. I chose this place for a free parking and close to YYZ.
The room was incredibly small and structurally wrong for people to move inside the room. The washroom door fully didn’t open and the ceiling was very low so I had to be very careful not to bump my head to the ceiling. The room picture they posted on the website looked great and cozy but that isn’t important anymore if we can’t move around. One more, they had a wedding party on the second day and very loud music was on by 1 am and next day there was another party but it wasn’t that loud. You have to check if they have party guests during your staying before you book.
The hotel location is quite easy to find . The room is clean and big. As well as the service is great. The breakfast food tastes delicious😋.

Very Good
AAnonymous UserBeautiful hotel with huge lobby. The check-in process was fast and easy. Rooms are big and spacious with a balcony and amazing views of mississauga. The beds are comfortable, and the washroom is a decent size. The gym and pool are absolutely amazing. The only downside is paid parking.
GGuest UserThe room, the washroom was surprisingly very clean which is very unlike other Airport hotels I have stayed at.
The sound proofing is very good you can not hear the noise from the airport at all.
Only down side is it is in Terminal 3 so if you are flying Air Canada you have to take the train to get to the Hotel, but it is maximum 7-8 minutes away which is nothing as compared to the other hotels nearby.
Worth every cent. Even the restaurant at the hotel has very good food.
TtabimemoNear Toronto Pearson Airport. There is a shuttle bus from the airport, but I didn't know where it was, so I took an Uber taxi. The room was simple, but clean and nice. Since it is close to the airport, the sound of the planes is quite loud. I didn't mind it that much, but if you are bothered by it, you may not be able to sleep. I also had free breakfast. When you check in, you will be asked if you want to use the shuttle bus to the airport, so if you tell them the time, they will give you a ticket and send you off.
GGuest UserI recently stayed, and my overall experience was very satisfying.
The hotel making it very convenient as it is near the airport. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable, allowing me to rest well. The bathroom facilities were also very clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The breakfast buffet options were abundant, with a variety of hot and cold dishes, all delicious. I especially enjoyed their fruit and drink. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.
GGuest UserThe service at the front desk was very bad. They were not very clear about the issues in the hotel, such as the water shortage and also they were not very friendly to talk to.
DDYXYThe Best Western Plus Toronto Airport Hotel offers a convenient and comfortable stay for business and leisure travelers, with its close proximity to Toronto Pearson International Airport and free airport shuttle service. Guests appreciate the modern rooms with free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and workspaces, as well as amenities like an indoor heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. Business travelers benefit from meeting rooms and a business center, while the friendly staff enhances the overall experience. However, some guests report occasional maintenance issues and noise concerns due to its airport location. Despite minor drawbacks, the hotel provides a reliable and budget-friendly option for transit passengers and short-term stays.
JJemelWe were very disappointed with our recent stay from April 27–28. Upon checkout on Monday morning, the receptionist, Arshiya, did not greet us or show any signs of friendliness. When I asked a few questions before leaving, her responses were curt and came across as rude—she didn’t smile or make any effort to be welcoming. We’ve stayed at many hotels across the U.S., and this was by far the coldest reception we’ve experienced. We expected a higher standard of hospitality, especially in Canada, where friendliness is something the country is known for.
The room itself was okay, but there was a strange odor that made our stay less comfortable.
The wifi might seems have a problem too.
On a positive note, the food was excellent—fresh and well-prepared—and the person who greeted us during the meal was warm and welcoming. Their kindness really stood out and helped improve our experience.
I would recommend providing Arshiya with additional customer service training to ensure she can offer the level of hospitality that guests expect and that will enhance the overall quality of your business.
SSundbergIf I would have been told there is no elevator to the second floor and that the restaurant closes at 8 pm for food I would have stayed elsewhere. Carrying two 50lb bags up to flights of stairs is ridiculous!! I am not a complainer but im in good shape and many are not so this should be made aware to patrons. The restaurant is open until 11 pm but kitchen closes early at 8 pm??? Not good if you come in later, but they did sell us a bottle of wine to take to our room and ordered skip the dishes.
GGuest UserStaff was pleasant. Parking was horrible and basically not convenient. A little more attention needed in rooms, lampshade looked to have been crunched, dings/dents in refrigerator and walls, USB on night lamp didn't work, cleaning in bathroom specifically where tile met wall had something not cleaned off it. Cooked breakfast was not good, toast/bagels/yogurt and such were fine. The bargain price we got it at, I guess was better than the 3hr turnaround drive it saved us.
GGuest Useri would say this is a nice hotel,i love their service, people are friendly, good to stay
but pls do not go hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport.this hotel is crazy , the India or middle east lady is still there ,pretty arrogant ,and not good service,no idea.what she is doing there ,personally, not good to be with . and really influence the hotel without good training employees
