My experience was fantastic! The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The facilities were clean, modern, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. As for the food, it was delicious and well-prepared, with a great variety of options that catered to different tastes. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would highly recommend it to others!.

This hotel is a must-stay for me whenever I have a morning flight departing Terminal 3 at YYZ. The terminal is just a short walk across the street! No worries, if you are traveling from T1 or happen to have lots of heavy baggage there is a free shuttle service. The restaurant offers a great regular menu and an extra good breakfast if you include this in your booking.

I have booked a room for 3 guest but there are two incidence charges (CAD20x2). According to my travel experience, there should be one charge per room. Upon check out, there is no mention about the refund of incidence charge, UNTIL I raise this question. I think better communication skill can avoid any unnecessary miss-understanding.

This hotel is in the middle of downtown Mississauga, and at the corner of main intersection. It is close to Square One shopping mall and highway exit. Please extend the drop off parking lot at the entrance of the hotel. It was a little bit difficult and uncomfortable to park and exit out of it when there are more than two cars coming to the hotel lobby. Hurontario Street and Burhamthorpe Rd are under construction now. It was not easy to drive around the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Its proximity to the airport made my travel seamless. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the convenience was unmatched, and the customer service was top-notch. I highly recommend it for a hassle-free and enjoyable experience.

Amazing hotel. Clean and love the room. Laminate floors and fridge. Only thing I don’t like is no microwave in the Room. But everything else was amazing.

Hotel near airport. Great free shuttle service with very nice and helpful drivers. Fast and efficient check in. Very Fast check out. Spacious room with great view. Beautiful large window. Large and comfortable bed. Excellent value for money. Negative notes: Slippers are not available, are necessary. The sink was clogged. Missing soap for shower.

This is a great hotel overall. While on a busy street, the sound proofing is amazing (Well, windows don’t open at all; they are sealed) and consequently, a very nice experience. Also it is a relatively new building. Well kempt and we’ll taken care of!

The room is spacious, with two large beds, which can sleep four people (I don't know if the hotel allows four people). The cleanliness is good. The air conditioner is turned on too high, but it is not hot, so I just turned it off. There are shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, lotion, etc., but no toothbrush and slippers. There is a coffee machine, capsule coffee, but no kettle. You can eat on the first floor of the hotel, and guests can enjoy a 10% discount for dinner. There is also breakfast, which is average. Free coffee is available during breakfast. The surrounding area is relatively desolate. Those who drive themselves can go to the nearby Tim for breakfast. Those who drive themselves are not far from the airport. There is a very small swimming pool. I would like to emphasize that the kettle in the picture is my own.

Here’s staffs are so kind, and the mattress is the best for me and mom :) And the hot water was so nice, and clean
