A large rock in the pond offers a fun spot for swimming and jumping. • Parking: Our expansive driveway offers ample parking space, including accommodations for large campers and trailers. • Grilling & Outdoor Dining: A new Blackstone griddle with propane and grilling accessories is available for your use, perfect for preparing outdoor meals on the back deck. • For the Little Ones: We provide toys, indoor and outdoor games, as well as pack-n-plays, sound machines, and childproofing items to ensure a comfortable stay for families with young children. • Pet-Friendly: Our fully fenced yard provides a safe and spacious area for your dogs to run and play. We also offer dog toys and beds to make your furry friends feel at home. Wildlife & Natural Beauty: Finley Creek House is surrounded by nature, where you may encounter local wildlife, including squirrels, raccoons, deer, and even bears. While these animals are a delightful part of the environment, please remember to observe them from a safe distance and avoid feeding them. Important Notes: • Although we take measures to prevent pests, the occasional bug or spider may find its way indoors. If you encounter one, don’t hesitate to reach out, and we’ll relocate it outside for you. Keeping doors closed will help maintain a bug-free experience and keep the air-conditioned air in. • The entire house, hot tub, and yard are yours to enjoy during your stay. While the pond is shared with neighboring properties, it is rarely used by others, allowing you to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. About Us: During the summer and fall, my family and I reside in a camper located near the front corner of the property, close to the highway. We respect your privacy and strive to remain out of sight, ensuring your stay is as peaceful and independent as possible. We’re always available nearby for any assistance you may need, but the house and all its amenities are entirely yours for the duration of your visit.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 4 total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Noise curfew: 11:30pm-7:30am.Make sure the hot tub is covered when not in use.
