We had lots of problems on our long route home and found ourselves cancelling the reservation we had elsewhere, as our route changed due to necessity. We were able to book a room here and arrived at midnight to find an alert and friendly young woman at the front desk who checked us in. The spacious room surprised us, as did the VERY comfortable beds. There are some quirks - the elevator is tucked into a corner, no ice buckets in the room (have to ask the front desk to get some for you) and when disembarking from the elevator you are standing in a small entry that requires juggling belongings to be able to open another door to the hallway. Seems strange to me. The breakfast is only cereal, toast, bagels, pancakes and sausage & biscuits. If you want eggs or breakfast meat you must pay $8. at the front desk, then the chef can provide your order. For comfort and price, I would most definitely stay again; having to go elsewhere for a better breakfast is a small price to pay for the room and the BED!
