Sander Ridge - 40 wooded acres

Lower level suite, located on 40 wooded acres, situated just outside Columbia, MO city limits, a 10 minute drive to Interstate 70/Stadium Drive exit. Private entrance to the lower level of our home, plenty of parking and access to full acreage. Additionally you have access to your own patio, BBQ grill/smoker and bonfire area. One bedroom with one queen bed and one single bed. A Double Trundle with a Twin underneath is located in the Main space. Full Bath, Wet bar, and living area. Extras include access to a pack-n-play sleeper and toddler mattress upon request. As well as board games, towels, hairdryer, bathroom amenities, extra sheets, pillows and blankets. The wet bar includes a microwave, mini-refrigerator w/ freezer, counter top range cooker, coffee maker, electric skillet, toaster oven, crock pot, and etc. If you like being comfortable, in a peaceful atmosphere and lots of shade, this is the place for you! Know that we will be on site, but out of mind, unless you are in need of assistance.
