Good location and decent but bed sheets not clean and had hairs which was a put off. Morning staff did not arrive, so basic breakfast was quickly organised by the cleaner.

Reasonable price, convenient transportation, moderate location
My husband and I visited this hotel for the first time. It was recommended by an aunt and nephew who grew up in London because of its convenient location, halfway between where we were going and the airport.
In terms of transportation, there is a Mitcham station nearby. It is only a 1-2 minute walk from the hotel, which is very convenient. From this station to the next Mitcham junction station, I can choose different routes to reach my desired destination. (You can check GOOGLE MAPS first and pay attention to the train time)
As for the hotel, there are only stairs and no lifts. The highest level is on the second floor. The staff will help me carry my luggage up to the room. The towels and bedding are clean, but no slippers, toothpaste, or toothbrush are provided.
(I saw some stains on one of the cups, so I gave it 3 points for cleanliness)
There is a grocery store nearby (we bought cheese on sale for 1 pound), a PIZZA store and a BURGER store (we bought a set meal for 7-8 pounds), which can be reached in about 5-7 minutes on foot.

一樓是酒吧，二樓住宿隔音很差，臨街的房間基本上沒什麼隔音措施一個晚上都是車的轟鳴聲。我住在二樓臨街的房間被吵的實在受不了第二天要求換個房間，明明他們房間都是空的騙我説滿房了。房間設施很簡陋，衞生也很差。熱水壺裡有剩餘的水，上面飄着蟲子壺底滿滿的綠色噁心物。早飯很簡單，基本上沒有幾樣東西。入住的時候我就有點奇怪為什麼周邊的酒店都是滿房就我住的全是空房。強烈不推薦入住。

A real family run gem. Warm, clean rooms with exceptional staff always willing to do extra. WiFi is a bit hit and miss and no lift, if you have mobility issues, but definitely worth staying. Continental breakfast was good but the Indian / Sri Lankan food is a MUST! Reasonable priced and so tasty. Will definitely stay here again and the free car park was an added bonus.

My family booked this hotel as it’s near where we needed to be, to be honest was sceptical as it had a pub & restaurant connected, but.. I was pleasantly surprised. Yes the place is quirky, there’s no lift & we were on top floor (3), have to go into pub to check in but…the room was spacious, clean, warm, beds comfortable, ensuite great.. wifi worked. Breakfast was continental, and plenty. Staff really lovely, welcoming and friendly. The pub was not noisy and does a great Aperol spritz (£6:95)… the restaurant does glorious food So the moral of this stay is.. come try it and you’ll enjoy it as we did

We had a good customer service from ASHU , and the food was very good , this is our second time visiting and we hard a wonderful experience. We had access to WiFi and it fast as well. It very likely we will be visiting this place again and also recommend it to family and friends.

One of the most surprising and nice curry/pubs In London, Worrh the trip to Mitcham. Had a Tikka Masala, popadoms and rice, absolutely amazing without a doubt Definitely coming back, no questions asked. Boss man Fernando knows what he does.

The food and service at the restaurant were absolutely outstanding, far exceeding our expectations. Every dish was not only delicious but beautifully presented, showcasing the chef’s skill and creativity. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect setting for a relaxing meal. A special thanks to Tharuka, whose attentive and friendly service added a personal touch to the experience. Tharuka went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our visit was perfect, making us feel truly valued as guests. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and will certainly be returning soon!
