新築のワンルームのアパートそのもので、それ以上でもそれ以下でもないかな。 なので、生活するにはいいけど、逆に生活感しかない殺風景な部屋。 宮古島は、天候が悪いと観光するところもないので、部屋に籠る可能性が高いが、殺風景すぎてとても部屋で過ごす気分にはならない。 上の階の足音がひどく、上の階の人が寝るまでは辛抱するしかない。 あと、駐車場が狭い、私が借りたレンタカーは普通車のコンパクトカーだったが、何度も切り返しをしないと駐車できないくらい狭かった。 普段運転に慣れていない人がレンタカーで来ると、ぶつける・ぶつけられる可能性がある。 というか、私のレンタカーの後ろのドアにバンパーで押したと思われる凹みキズを付けられた、レンタカー会社の好意でなかったことにしてもらえたが、あの駐車場では、起きるべくして起きた事故だと思う。 それ以外は、価格を考えれば、特に不満もなくよかったと思う。
