Great view for the sea view room. Private onsen not very convenient if us a raining day cause need to walk out if the building. As we came back late a bit late and most local restaurant need to book in advance. The hotel is kind to help us to reserve a table for us. The restaurant actually was full but the room was big enough to share a table with the local.

It is within walking distance to the beach in Qingdao, and I think it is the best if you are looking for sightseeing in Qingdao. The rooms, baths and toilets were clean. The TV was also YouTube and Netflix compatible, and it also comes with poppin Aladdin, so I enjoyed watching idol videos on YouTube ^_^ There is no DVD or Blu-ray player, so bring a PC and HDMI cable. I was able to appreciate it. The bed is comfortable in the bedroom on the 1st floor, but the futon in the Japanese-style room on the 2nd floor was a thin mattress and a duvet, and I felt that there was a little difference.

Good location. Within easy walking distance to the beach. Boards can be rented. Unfortunately, a group of travelers did not respect the quiet rule in the sleeping area. It was quite loud for the duration of my stay. I would hope the hostel enforces the rules more strictly in the future.

Free drinks were very good. It's perfect for killing any extra time you have. There was a wide variety of alcoholic drinks, so I enjoyed them. In addition to soft drinks, there was a wide selection of instant coffee and tea, which was very nice. I felt that the water server where you can drink cold water was also better.
