The room setup was great because it was perfect for someone exploring the national parks! The store at the front had a great selection as well.

This place was among the best motels/hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The bed was super comfortable. Pillows were a mix of different softness and also very comfortable. Room was quiet all night. Great water pressure in the shower. We bought breakfast food to take on a hike and there was an electric cooler to store it in. The pool and hot tub were awesome. In the morning there was a fire going out by the pool and free coffee. We loved this place.

Very mean establishment. After speaking with Casey and explaining my family member that was attending with me has died, I requested for an exception for a refund, she did hesitantly explain to me whilst the reservation is non-cancellable she offered me a change of date with a rate difference penalty. Well!! I cannot make the person come back from the dead and change the date. But she does have the option to cancel and give a refund the travel agent informed me of this and confirmed she is choosing to keep the money. Just to note the entire time Casey was very cold speaking on the phone and in my opinion sounded miserable. My reservation is on a holiday weekend and the rates are now higher. Maybe she was stressed with the screaming baby in the background! If they act this cold on the front desk I am wondering what it is like to stay in such a place! Casey service must bad the travel agent has given me a $50 coupon for future travel! Whilst it doesn't cover the entire cost of the stay it just confirms to me this establishment is pretty mean! I give 5 stars to Capital One Travel for excellent service to cover this zero star penny pinching establishment.
