There is a bar here. It is very noisy. There are acne on the body. There are also very large cockroaches. Don't stay here

This was our first time booking a room with shared toilet and shower. And it didn't cause us any inconvenience at all. The hostel has a nice common area, very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms. We took both available excursions from them and were also delighted with the organization (as well as the excursions themselves). The location is perfect. It's less than 10 minutes' leisurely walk to the beach with turtles and sardines. All the main establishments are on the way. If we are in Moalboal again, we will definitely stay here.

Although the facilities are old, the attitude of all the staff is very good.
There is also a bar where you can drink, chat and eat.

So this could’ve been a disaster. I booked the last room at exactly the same time as someone else and unfortunately they snuck in a few seconds before me and got it. However, the staff could not be more accommodating (quite literally) in helping me find alternative accommodation. They sourced the new accommodation for me and they even drove me into Moalboal to change money so I could pay for the new property that did not take Internet payments. They were all brilliant, but specifically Lemuel was excellent. Coming back for real next time xxx

Friendly staff, helped us book a tour. The rooms were ok, shower and toilet need a upgrade but was also not a big problem for us. But all the mud, dirt and construction rubble in front of the hostel ruined our stay. We didn't feel comfortable in this dark dirty street.

This hostel is amazing - the staff were so friendly and helpful and it had everything you could need! They helped with booking trips and hiring snorkels etc and the showers were great. Such a friendly atmosphere even in low season and great bar area, and the bar staff were lovely and welcoming. One of my favourite places in the Philippines, I’ll be back!

Had a wonderful time at Crazy Bears, I felt so at home there that I ended up extending to 9 days! The staff were so welcoming and kind, they helped with every question and even taught me some of the local dialect. Also loved the bar area, it's great for relaxing and meeting new people. A few of us got together to join the local quiz night as a Crazy Bears team which was fun. The location was great - a ten minute walk to the bars, restaurants and beach and tucked away off the main street so it was never loud at night. My bed in the dorm was very comfortable and liked that I had my own lamp, shelf and curtain. Showers and toilets were always clean. Thanks a lot to the whole team for making this such a great stay, hope to make it back some day!
